The Community Plan Project ‘Explore wildlife at Park Lane' is to:

Create a nature pond and walk within the grounds
Make a mini beast hotel
Create a vegetable patch
Clear the pond area and re-fence
Create a willow tunnel
Develop a nature walk with appropriate signs
Provide drainage for area
Create a maze using natural resources

This project will be developed on the East side of the School playing field incorporating the existing nursery wood.

Volunteers will be recruited to help with the project. Heavy work will be carried out by a parent, through the firm ‘Grass Roots'.

The School received £5,000 from the Community Plan Fund 2008.
